Adult Intermediate Ballet

Cost is $10 per class

The age range is 15 – 80, the class environment is warm, welcoming and relaxed allowing participants to dance at their comfort level.
No pre-registration required.  Masks are optional for fully vaccinated students; they are required for those not fully vaccinated.

Adult Beginning Ballet

Friday 9:15am – 10:45 am
(Beginning on July 2nd)

No previous dance experience necessary! Whether you want to brush up on what ballet you had years ago or whether you have never had a dance class in your life, welcome! Wear comfortable attire that you can move easily in; ballet slippers are recommended.

Summer Teen Ballet
For Intermediate/Advanced teens ages 13 and up.

July 5 – Aug. 27
Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 
11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Mondays the focus will be on technique, Thursdays, pointe shoes are encouraged, Fridays will have a variations/performance focus.  Cost is $13 per class; no minimum attendance required.  Dress code:  dance attire and ballet slippers.  Masks are required for students not fully vaccinated; they are optional for those who are fully vaccinated.  To register email”



Tai Chi and Qigong with Robert Fong

Robert Fong began studying asian martial arts in Hawaii in 1954. He has studied the Chinese internal martial arts and worked closely with Master T. Y. Pang for over 40 years.

Pre-registration is required due to the limited amount of students so proper Social Distancing can be insured.

T’ai Chi Ch’uan
Linda Henderson

Join Linda and learn T’ai Chi Ch’uan (Yang style) to sustain and maintain your health, balance, and wellbeing throughout the course of your life. Beginners and all levels of experience welcomed. Having studied with Master Tung Kai Ying, Master Tung Chen Wei and Clifton Gore, Linda guides you through each posture of this flowing choreographed style so that you have the confidence to perform T’ai Chi on your own to gain the health benefits of this ancient Chinese martial art form. 

Tuition is $30.00 per month for all classes. Attend as many as you wish.

Students are required to be vaccinated and masks may be warranted

Tuesday 11:30am-12:45pm
An Intermediate class that will focus on sets 1 & 2 of the Yang style long form slow set.

Tuesday 4:00pm–5:00pm 
A perfect class for students will little or no experience in Tai Chi. This is a beginning class that will focus on posture, balance and set 1 of the slow set.

Wednesday 11:15am-12:45pm 
Class focuses on the second set followed by the final set of the Yang style long form. Experience in T’ai Chi is urged. 

Tuesday at 2 PM is a Zoom class for Shibashi, Tai Chi and Chair Tai Chi.

From May to September, join Linda for Tai Chi in the Park. This is open to the public located at Zuanich Park every Thursday at 11 M. Vaccines are required.
