Adult Intermediate Ballet
Cost is $10 per class
Wednesday & Saturday 9:30am-11:00am.

The age range is 15 – 80, the class environment is warm, welcoming and relaxed allowing participants to dance at their comfort level. No pre-registration required. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated students; they are required for those not fully vaccinated.
Adult beginning ballet is open to all! No previous dance experience needed for this class. We will be working on fundamentals of movement and basic ballet technique with encouragement to do what you can/want to do, while making ballet fun and accessible to anyone. Please wear clothing you can move in and socks or ballet shoes (recommended). Fully vaccinated folks can wear a mask if preferred, but all unvaccinated are asked to mask up. Robert Fong began studying asian martial arts in Hawaii in 1954. He has studied the Chinese internal martial arts and worked closely with Master T. Y. Pang for over 40 years.

Join Linda and learn T’ai Chi Ch’uan (Yang style) to sustain and maintain your health, balance, and wellbeing throughout the course of your life. Beginners and all levels of experience welcomed. Having studied with Master Tung Kai Ying, Master Tung Chen Wei and Clifton Gore, Linda guides you through each posture of this flowing choreographed style so that you have the confidence to perform T’ai Chi on your own to gain the health benefits of this ancient Chinese martial art form. Linda is a Certified Level II Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association.
Tuition is $30.00 per month for all classes. Attend as many as you wish.
Tuesday 11:30am-12:45pm An Intermediate class that will focus on sets 1 & 2 of the Yang style long form slow set.
Tuesday at 2 PM is a Zoom class for Shibashi, Tai Chi and Chair Tai Chi.
Tuesday 4:00pm–5:00pm Beginning Tai Chi: A perfect class for students will little or no experience in Tai Chi. This is a beginning class that will focus on posture, balance and set 1 of the slow set.
Wednesday 11:15am-12:15pm Class focuses on sets 1 and 2 with an emphasis on the 3rd set of the Yang style long form. Experience in T’ai Chi is urged.
Wednesday at 12:15- 1:30 Three new forms are offered. These are designed for more intermediate or advanced students but open to any student. The new classes are the Yang Style 18 Form Fan, Tung Family Set and Single Knife (Broadsword). 12:15pm-12:50pm: This is an advanced class for Yang Style 18 form fan.
12:50pm-1:30pm: This advanced class encompasses the Tung Family set and the Single Knife set. Experience with all three sets of the Tai Chi long form is recommended.
Thursday 11:00-12:00(starting May 5th) Beginning Tai Chi:
A perfect class for students will little or no experience in Tai Chi. This is a beginning class that will focus on posture, balance and set 1 of the slow set.
T’ai Chi in the Park ended at Zuanich Park on September 30, 2021 but continues at Hillcrest Church in Fairhaven starting October 7, 2021 at 11 AM. This is open to the public and vaccinations and masks are required for this event as well as all classes.
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet (15+) Drop in’s welcome
$13 or 5/$60 ($10 student or for barre only)
This class offers a classical ballet barre and center that focuses on technique, alignment, and artistry. This is a class suited for dancers with a general knowledge of ballet vocabulary and ability to execute a wide array of ballet steps. 4+ years ballet experience required.

Bellingham Repertory Dance (BRD) holds advanced company classes every Sunday that are open to community dancers. A structured warm up will be followed by skill building and phrase work. In the Five Element flow Series, you have the opportunity to dive deep into the Five Element Healing Framework and balance the organs, emotions and energy systems of fall, winter, spring, summer and late summer by restoring balance and flow within.
Elizabeth Stanton is a Licensed Somatic Psychotherapist, Massage Therapist and Certified in Qi Gong, yoga, Nutrition and Herbalism.
Sam Eliasen has studied Qi Gong and other eastern healing modalities for over three decades. He also is an accomplished musician.
