Restful practices that are all about unwinding and slowing down, releasing buildup of physical and mental tension, safely stretching, connecting with the Breath of Life, opening the body while stabilizing it, soothing the nervous system, cultivating an overall sense of well-being.

Suitable for all levels, classes are designed to be accessible to all attendees. Benefits of consistent participation include improved relaxation, better sleep, better mood, pain reduction, greater acceptance & inner-peace.

What to Bring:

  • yoga mat

  • 1-2 block(s)

  • yoga strap

  • 1-2 blanket(s)

  • bolster (optional), pillow (optional)

  • Socks

Tuition: Drop In $20 or 5 class punch card for $90 (expires after 2 month, excludes no class dates) Cash, Check, Venmo, Card
